Where is Kmono Apparel made?
All Kmono Apparel pieces are made to order in Dubai, UAE, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
What materials are used in Kmono Apparel?
Each piece is crafted from 100% pure mulberry silk, known for its luxurious feel and breathability. Some select pieces are also made from rayon, offering a soft and lightweight alternative.
What sizes are available?
Kmono Apparel offers two size options:
- S/M
- M/L
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is made to order. Production takes between 2-14 days before dispatch.
Shipping
What are the estimated delivery times?
After shipment, estimated transit times are:
- UAE: 1-3 business days
- GCC Countries: 3-7 business days
- Europe & Rest of the World: 5-10 business days
Shipping times may vary due to customs or unforeseen delays.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.
What are the shipping fees?
All orders are shipped from Dubai, UAE. Shipping fees are as follows:
- UAE: Free shipping
- GCC Countries: 55 AED
- Europe: 150 AED
- Rest of the World: 180 AED
During special promotions, free shipping may be available.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
You may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and VAT, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
As each piece is made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
